YOO Quito

YOO Quito was designed by Arquitectonica and YOO Inspired by Starck, located in the González Suárez neighborhood, featuring 360-degree views of the city from the rooftop. The 21-story mixed-use residential building is also an eco-efficient building, with systems that foster efficient water consumption and efficient energy use that contribute to the care and preservation of the environment. It also houses a micro-ecosystem of native vegetation that has been successful in attracting fauna in the middle of the city.
The communal amenities bring different services and entertainment options to its residents, creating opportunities for people to gather and become part of a community.
