Botániqo, is a comprehensive residential project located in an area with one of the highest rates of development and growth of the Cumbayá valley. This sector groups important services that energize and generate quality of life.
The human being is the main axis where the conceptual design of the project is born. The traditional scheme is broken and relationships are created in an escalating manner between the inhabitant and their environment. Botániqo will transform the way of living.
The urban contributions to the community have been fundamental from the conception of the project. Every plant and tree will be preserved and transplanted to generate a 500-square-meter public green space and a pedestrian boulevard will be enabled on the Avenida Interoceánica. Additionally, the public road will be rehabilitated to create a scenic connector with the Center of Cumbayá and Uribe Schwarzkopf is contemplating developing a small Botanical Garden for the inhabitants of the sector.
