About Design

ONE was designed by Leppanen + Anker Arquitectos and is located on Naciones Unidas Boulevard, two blocks away from La Carolina Park and close to one of Quito’s most important Metro stations. The mixed-use building has 24 stories high, hosting residences and commercial areas at the ground level. The rooftop has a 360-degree view of the city and its surrounding volcanoes. The lobby features impressive local elements and art pieces, ranging from a front desk constructed with stone from the Pichincha volcano to a gallery wall of works from local artists.
