BIG, the studio of Bjarke Ingels, is a Copenhagen, New York, London, and Barcelona based group of architects, designers, urbanists, landscape professionals, interior and product designers, researchers, and inventors. The office is currently involved in a large number of projects throughout Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

BIG’s architecture emerges out of a careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes, creating architecture by mixing conventional ingredients such as living, leisure, working, parking, and shopping. Notable projects include CopenHill (Copenhagen – 2019), The Twist (Norway – 2019), MÉCA (Bordeaux – 2019), VIA 57 West (New York – 2016), and Google Headquarters (Mountain View – in progress).

Carlos Zapata Studio is an award-winning master planning, architectural design, interior design and furniture design firm whose projects range from professional sports arenas to airport concourses to commercial high rises to private homes.

Based in New York City, CZS specializes in finding functional solutions to difficult design issues, while maintaining a commitment to elegance and design excellence. Notable projects include the Chicago Bears Stadium (Chicago – 2003), the Bitexco Financial Tower (Ho Chi Minh City 2010), and luxury residence Sculptura Ardmore (Singapore – 2014).

Founded by legendary architect Moshe Safdie, Safdie Architects is an international architecture and urban design studio with offices in Boston, Jerusalem, Singapore, and Shanghai. The practice is research-oriented and forward-thinking, drawing upon a depth of experience to solve contemporary building challenges in imaginative and unexpected ways while delivering some of the world’s largest and most complex commissions.

With offices in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Manila, Lima and São Paulo, Arquitectonica is a major presence on the international architectural stage. Founded in 1977, the firm is known for its bold modernism that immediately made an impact on the Miami landscape.

Led by principals Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Laurinda Spear, Arquitectonica continues to push the limits of design with its innovative use of materials, geometry, pattern and color. Key projects include Microsoft Europe Headquarters (Paris), Cyberport Technology Campus (Hong Kong), BBVA Tower (Buenos Aires), Brickell City Centre (Miami), American Airlines Arena (Miami), and the Westin Hotel Times Square (New York).

Founded by Pritzker Prize-winner Jean Nouvel, Ateliers Jean Nouvel is based in Paris, France. Born in Fumel, France in 1945, architect Jean Nouvel has also been the recipient of the prestigious Wolf Prize and the Aga Khan Award for Architecture.

His approach to architecture is contextual–always considering the combination of people, place, and time that will come together in the finished building–rather than stylistic. Notable projects of the firm include the Louvre Abu Dhabi (2017), the Aga Khan Award for Architecture for the Arab World Institute (Paris – 1989), the Cartier Foundation (Paris – 1994), the 40 Mercer luxury residences (New York – 2008), the mixed use high-rise building One Central Park (Sydney – 2014), and the Philharmonie de Paris (Paris – 2015).

With 30 years experience in the field, Marcel Wanders has completed over 1,900 design projects for clients including Alessi, Baccarat, Bisazza, Christofle, Flos, KLM, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, LH&E Group, Louis Vuitton, Miramar Group, Puma, and more. Wanders’ design approach centers a human approach, bringing together elements of romance, fantasy, and craft and working against the coldness of industrialism. His designs are celebrated in many museums including the Centre Pompidou, FR; Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, US; Metropolitan Museum of Art, US; Museum of Modern Art, US; Pinakotheke der Moderne, DE; Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, NL.

Philippe Starck is a cofounder of YOO, a global placemaking platform dedicated to building likeminded sustainable communities through great design that brings together culture, experience, nature, food, music, and an entrepreneurial spirit. His design offer at YOO, YOO inspired by Starck, has seen the successful completion of over 38 projects around the world, including YOO Quito and YOO Cumbaya in partnership with Uribe Schwarzkopf.

French designer Philippe Starck is one of the most prolific and renowned creatives of our time. He has designed furniture, objects, hotels, restaurants, buildings, and yachts. No matter the project or setting, his gregarious design approach is known for its signature blend of whimsy and open-mindedness.
