About The Design

The Hills is inspired by the diversity of the city: hills facing the river, modern skyscrapers rising in front of picturesque traditional houses, man-made structures against lush traditional vegetation of the area.

The Hills is comprised of five mixed-use towers, rising higher as they recede from the shoreline to take full advantage of the views the river and city offer. The exterior facade of the complex is characterized by its clean lines and white color, occupying a place among the modern architecture of the dynamic Puerto Santa Ana. On the contrary, the interior space between towers is defined by natural and organic curves, setbacks and overhangs. irregular, balconies in earth tones and abundant vegetation. At the base of the project, the towers merge to form a verdant terraced valley containing an oasis of swimming pools, sports courts and a small riverfront park. A shopping plaza, an important Club House, and a series of amenities make up a unique project in the sector.
